Our logo is based on the logo Mathew created for his law practice the Good Barrister. The tabs and font are identical to Mat’s law firm logo, and the ‘Art’ and ‘Music’ were beautifully added by Mat’s children, Zoe and Olin (who were 7 and 5 years old when we opened the Centre). We strive to carry on Mathew’s legacy not only through the Centre’s logo, but through many elements of the space Mat had carefully chosen, from pictures and paintings and the many family law degrees and certificates which adorn the walls, to his beloved Japanese toilet in the washroom! Our logo honours Mat and the music and art the fills the space continues to keep his joyful and generous spirit alive every day.
